Mason Gordon Management has an extensive portfolio of properties available to let and are pleased to offer the following services to ensure peace of mind when entering into a Rental Agreement. We are registered members of Rent Smart Wales, The Property Redress Scheme(PRS) and Client Money Protect. We do not make any charge for new tenancies, reference checking or setting up a new tenancy agreement.

We offer a wide range of furnished or unfurnished residential properties, with the option to take either a short lease (6 months' minimum) or a long lease. We guarantee a full maintenance service, assistance with relocation problems and the facility to move to alternative Mason Gordon properties at no extra charge. Courtesy property inspections are conducted by appointment only, to ensure your quiet enjoyment of your home.

Information for Tenants: Properties in Wales
In addition to paying rent for the property, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments:
Before the tenancy starts:Deposit of not more than one calendar month's rent
During the tenancy: Payment for the late payment of rent; Payment for a breach of the tenancy agreement up to the prescribed limit; Utilities – gas, electricity, water; Communications – telephone and broadband; Installation of cable/satellite;Subscription to cable/satellite supplier;Television licence;Council Tax; & Other permitted payments (any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages).
