All our tenancies comply with the Housing Act and care is taken to ensure properties conform to both Gas Safety and Fire and Electrical Regulations.

In keeping with the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 please note that we charge a contract fee of one week's rent to new tenants.

Data held by us for new enquiries which do not result in a new tenancy agreement or our manangement of a new property is deleted after 30 days and is never given to anyone without prior permission from the data provider to maintain absolute privacy.
