Mason Gordon Management are well aware of the unique problems faced by Landlords. We are pleased to act as intermediaries in order to offer a stress free rental service. We are registered members of Rent Smart Wales, The Property Redress Scheme(PRS) and Client Money Protect.

We have very competitive letting fees and work on a 'no rental-no fee' basis. Successful lets incur a "once-only" £ 100 contract fee, (no VAT is charged on top of this fee) deducted from the first month's rental. No charge is made for subsequent lets; we make no charge for supervising and instructing contractors to carry out any maintenance work at landlords' properties other than the cost of the invoice from said contractors on completion of any works.
Maximum 12% monthly commission,(no VAT is charged on top of this fee)
Properties are advertised at our expense in the local press. We also have established links with the University College of Wales and local hospitals who require lets for staff.
In keeping with the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 please note that we charge no fee to new tenants.
Data held by us for new enquiries which do not result in a new tenancy agreement or our manangement of a new property is deleted after 30 days and is never given to anyone without prior permission from the data provider to maintain absolute privacy.
